Summer has arrived, which means we are already halfway through the year, and the July temperatures are in full ascent. As the sun continues to scorch the great outdoors, we want to take a minute to discuss what’s heating up inside, namely the hottest furniture design trends of 2025. Throughout the year, we always pay close attention to any kind of cultural shifts we notice regarding what’s popular in styles, color palettes, and overall room design. While some design trends seem to stand the test of time, such as incorporating natural elements, there are others that really catch us by surprise, like the sudden resurrection of ruffle skirts. In this article, we lay out the latest and greatest furniture looks we’ve observed over the past six months.
Bringing Nature Indoors
As I mentioned earlier, this one doesn’t come as a great surprise to us. For a while now, it has become increasing popular to incorporate natural elements inside such as natural wood, stone, and greenery. This trend is still on fire in 2025, possibly hotter than ever as sky blue paint colors seem to be on the rise as well.

Prioritizing practical features and comfort is one of the newer trends we’ve noticed. This is not to say that aesthetic value has decreased in popularity, but consumers seem more eager than ever to ensure the comfort and functionality of their new fur niture. For example, we’ve noticed a demand in arm caps, a very functional add-on.

Embracing Curves
In the not too distant past, sharp edges and angular designs seemed to be very prominent in the interior design world. Now, the latest “it” pieces feature soft curves and organic sha pes. This trend makes a room seem more calm and cozy, without sacrificing modern style and beauty.
